St Martin de Belleville

St Martin is a truly delightful Savoie village resort, sitting at 1400m and nestled in the heart of the Three Valleys ski area, the biggest and most modern ski area in the world. The village is neatly tucked just under the slightly higher resort of Les Menuires (1850m) and then Val Thorens (2200m).

Chalet Alice is located in the heart of the historical centre of St Martin de Belleville, next to the 16th century church and opposite the new tourist information centre.  Local shops, brasseries and savoyard restaurants surround. The village boasts a 2* Michelin restaurant close by and there are a number of small bars in the village including our own ‘Piano Bar’, an elegant and charming vaulted cellar bar in the basement of our building. There is a sports hall, childrens club, post office, supermarket, tabac, butchers, pharmacy, creperie, patisserie, laundrette, ski school and ski hire centre all to be found within a minutes or so walk from the Chalet. With regular daily shuttle services available throughout the winter season further amenities including a much larger sports & well being centre and an outdoor heated swimming pool can be accessed via Les Menuires, just 450m or so up the valley from us.

Les Trois Vallees

Les Trois Vallees claims, with justification, to be the largest ski area in the world. So vast is Les Trois Vallees domaine that the entire skiing area of Val d’Isere/Tigne, La Plagne, Les Arcs plus Valmorel would fit into it. 180 lifts, 600km of marked pistes and 410 snow canons in this one valley alone.  La Vallee de Belleville has something to offer everyone!
